H&S and Environmental certification audits for SeaTec Subsea
July and August are shaping up to be busy months for SeaTec Subsea, with three health and safety and environmental audits due to take place.
Conducted on behalf of Lloyd’s Register, a leading classification society in the maritime industry, the audits will cover ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 to ensure that ongoing assurance requirements are being met. In July SeaTec’s Far East office will be audited, with the UK office following suit in early August.
SeaTec is also renewing its registration with supplier assurance organisation Achilles FPAL. Taking place in July, the audit will aim to ensure that SeaTec Subsea meet’s Achilles FPAL’s strict supplier capability standards, providing reassurance to customers of SeaTec’s commitment to quality and safety.
Alan Trevarthen, MD for Subsea, explains why the certifications are so important to SeaTec:
“Being certified by Lloyd’s Register and Achilles FPAL reaffirms that our services are certified as safe, and that our systems and ways of working have minimal impact on the marine environment. These standards, which we’ve had for five years now, are an important indicator to customers that we are a trusted supplier dedicated to flawless service delivery.”
